Meet Your Dentist
Dr. Lisa Y. Pina-Awosika
Owner and General Dentist

Dr. Lisa grew up in Hammond, Indiana. She graduated from Bishop Noll Institute. She went to Indiana University in Gary, Indiana and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Dr. Lisa attended Indiana University School of Dentistry and obtained her Doctorate of Dental Surgery.
She has a background in community health and the private office setting giving her an array of dental experience that has led her to starting her own dental practice, Aurora Dental Wellness.
Her mission is to uphold a standard of care providing quality dentistry, being compassionate and creating a comfortable, enjoyable dental visit that will keep her patients smiling.
Dr. Lisa lives in Portage, Indiana with her loving husband, adorable fur-babies, and her new baby boy Joseph. She enjoys traveling and hopes to one day travel to all the 50 states.
